    Community

On my own grief journey, I observed just how lonely it can be to navigate life after loss. Looking back, I feel sadness and compassion for myself for all of the ways that I sat with, held, and repressed what I was experiencing. This felt-wisdom has demonstrated the importance of building grief-tending Communities.

    1:1 Grief Support

Every single one of our experiences contain a multitude of shared and individual perceptions, emotions and needs. If you find yourself in a season where group grief-tending does not feel accessible, counseling may facilitate space where you can process the nuances of the loss and help to foster a sense of internal balance.

    Integration

The most impactful portion of my forever grief journey has been the way I have learned to incorporate little rituals into my life. Based on what I need in a given moment, these serve to help me to rest or restore, to move and feel, to re-connect, to express or to regulate. These practices allow me easier access to peace and thriving.
